Summary of our return policy

Return policy

Please contact us before returning any product. You must check the delivery of the product and check that it is free of errors or faults. At the time of making the claim, you must contact us to communicate the reason for the claim and provide us with all the necessary information.

Conditions for return

You can return a product up to 30 days after delivery. The product must be in perfect condition (i.e. the product must be in new, unused condition). If the product is used or damaged, no refund will be given. Be sure to include your contact information on the return and, if possible, a tracking code for the package. We suggest that you ask the delivery company for a receipt and an identification code for the returned package, so that we can track the package if necessary.

Send us an email describing your situation and the reasons for the return. We will arrange payment for the refund. In case your payment has been in cash, you must attach in the email a bank account number to make the corresponding transfer.

Return of parcels

If a product was shipped internationally, at the time of return please clearly mark the package with 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid additional costs. We will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred at the time of return. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport damage

If the product is lost or, upon receipt, you notice that it has been damaged in transit, you must inform us immediately.


Unclaimed parcels

For packages that are not returned to the post office within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the additional costs of returning the package, including the shipping and transport company.
